I would say to the Senators from Colorado and Oklahoma that I am certainly aware of the actions of the states on this and I would agree that their views are of utmost importance in any final designation. I would share with the Senators that I am hesitant for the Congress to designate routes when the process among the States to determine the corridor's working toward conclusion.
