Well, if I could just make this one concluding statement, in my judgment, based upon what I have heard and learned over the decades, the fact of the matter is nobody knows whether we are going to have global cooling or global warming over the next half century or century, but we are being asked to undermine America's economy based on this guesswork, speculation and surmise.
