The text of the motion is as follows: Mr. Rogers of Alabama moves that the House concur in the Senate amendment to the bill, H.R. 5009, with an amendment consisting of the text of Rules Committee Print 118-52. The text of House amendment to the Senate amendment is as follows: In lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted by the Senate amendment, insert the following: SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. (a) In General.--This Act may be cited as the ``Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025''.
