Congress has the ability to change the law, and so we need to be looking at all of the ways that we can address what in my opinion is--literally what keeps me up at night.

America continues to lead the world in the development of new technologies, from immunotherapies that save lives to the apps that answer our questions with just a few swipes of our phones, to novel inventions that make our lives better.
I don't ever want it to get glossed over that professional military education is such an important component of what we do.
The reason I bring up these points is because I think it is very important as we are having this discussion, these have to be, as I said in my opening statement, very well thought out and discussed ideas.
We have to maintain a strong footing in law enforcement to combat, dismantle and remove criminals in that area.
