Mr. President, I have a great deal of respect for my colleague from Minnesota. However, I am disappointed that Senate Democrats have blocked the MOMS Act from passing today. It is a commonsense bill that would help vulnerable women and help families. My Republican colleagues are going to continue to fight for tangible solutions like this bill that do just that.
