I was frustrated to see the Army Corps Work Plan for fiscal year 2023 fall short.
I respectfully ask the Committee to mark up Senate Bill 3263 and pass the bill before the end of the year.
We offer our full support to the Tester-Moran bill, Senate Bill 563, which would accomplish that goal.
