The answer to that is not yet, but if the manager of the bill would like to come to the committee and offer that, I would certainly be interested in supporting it. We are working on the farm bill here. I think most of us agree that farmers need some additional protection. They do not have a counsel for advocacy in USDA. We have not seen the Secretary of Agriculture take that role. This says specifically they should.
