The Voting Rights Act requires certain voting materials to be available to the language groups delineated in the Voting Rights Act statute. The language in the bill simply States that the statute should be enforced. It is the intent of the authors to display our belief that enforcement of the Voting Rights Act is important but it is not the intent of the authors to expand that right.
