That sounds as bad as some of the statements we have heard out of economists in this administration. I will submit the whole thing for the Record, but at the end of it he said: So why don't I believe the outsourcing of high-tech work is something to lose sleep over? He says: First, the number of high-tech jobs outsourced abroad still accounts for a tiny proportion of America's 10-million-strong IT workforce. . . .”
