Any time a group of people are denied rights and struggle for their rights, that's a civil rights movement.

Of course, it is exactly the same. It's a right that all Americans have and no reason why gay and lesbian people ought not to have these rights too. These are universal rights.

Full equality, it means enjoying all of the rights that everybody else in the country enjoys.

I don't think so. I think this -- and African-American communities like every other community in the country, the tide is shifting.
