Do you share the concern that should a clerk, assistant counsel to a U.S. Senator, or perhaps a Member of the other body, be nominated for a judicial position, under this principle enunciated by our friends on the other side of the aisle the nominee would have to turn over all of the papers prepared for that Senator, or that House Member, or the committee for which that nominee may have worked?
