I appreciate Senator Craig's concern for the City of McCall, its environment, the burdens imposed by federal requirements, and the very real need that this and other communities have to comply with federal mandates as economically as possible. I will be happy to work with the Senator to examine this proposal more thoroughly. If we can determine that this project does, indeed, qualify for existing EPA programs, we will see what can be done to address this need.
