Well, sometimes--let me just say this about credit counseling.

I am just reluctant to conclude the current system that allows median income and below to file Chapter 7, as they always have, is unfair.

There is no doubt that overwhelmingly, the people that file for bankruptcy are entitled to it legally and probably benefit from it.
