Why wouldn't that be the right way to start the case and have a policy for every FBI agent, every police officer, every TSA airport official to begin--to not give Miranda warnings and not provide free attorneys to people who are attacking the United States of America?
Sessions questions the policy of providing Miranda warnings to terrorists.
