I do agree with you that it is a very difficult situation, and Alaska has a particularly unusual situation without having specific Tribal lands that receive specific funds from the Government.

Of course, fundamentally, the Department of Justice and our DEA, and FBI, and ATF investigators and marshal officers, they do focus on where the problem is biggest and where the gangs are the business.
