It seems to me that is the fundamental protection that every American has is that before you can listen in on your phone conversation, you have to have probable cause that a crime is underway, that this person is involved with it and this telephone or a telephone may be utilized in the furtherance of it, isn't that right?
Sessions emphasizes the need for probable cause before surveillance.
