I applaud his selection. I look forward to his swift confirmation.

Jeff Sessions will enforce and follow the laws of the United States evenhandedly, equally, and with justice for all.

I would urge all of you to be sure that when we pass a law or you pass a law, if I am confirmed, that that law is clear and sets limits.

There is a feeling that judges just vote when they get a big case before them on what their political agenda is.
