I share his views, in general, there, and was disturbed to read, recently in the Washington Times, that a general--an Army general--General Bostick--who is the deputy chief in charge of personnel matters, spoke before several hundred troops in the European Command headquarters in Germany, and said, 'Unfortunately, we have a minority of servicemembers who are still racist and bigoted, and you will never be able to get rid of them all.'
Expresses concern over racism within the military regarding policy changes.
