I would just want to say that that is a cause of concern as we as policymakers are asked to invest trillions of dollars of taxpayers' money.

I have, and I think most Republicans, have voted for mileage improvements and efficiencies.

It is just a question of how much we can afford to spend, and that is where the dispute is.
