I think this is doable, but it cannot be done if we haven't fixed the illegal immigration flow.
It hasn't been good, and the American people don't like the idea that we're separating families. We never really intended to do that.
A plan that will end the illegality along with some relief for the DACA young people is possible.
I don't think that statement needs modifying, but it's obviously in context that the President of the United States clearly has a constitutional power to execute pardons.
