I think our Members of Congress sometimes are quite proud of some proposal or program that they develop, but I think if you lead you might find there is real success in some of the streamlining and consolidation.

I see the fact that no one was being prosecuted for this as a factor in a fivefold increase in four years in this count of illegal immigration. So, yes, hopefully people will get the message.
