Jeff Sessions: “Congress has never voted for it, Congress will not vote for it. American people do not favor it.”

I'm not going to unrecuse myself because I have a conflict, because I did--was involved in the campaign and knew some things, can't do it.

I think we ought to clarify it one way or the other so the public is out there not breaking Federal law.
