there is absolutely no way that you can contend over a number of cases, as a matter of policy, it's better for the National security of the United States that people be promptly taken to civilian court to be tried in civilian court rather than be tried in--held in military commissions and tried at our will.
Sessions argues military commissions are preferable for national security over civilian courts.
