Well, did you seek a formal opinion from counsel as to whether an event on the other side of the world would give the American Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the commission chairman, the power to assume emergency powers that would in some ways diminish, obviously, the influence of the other members of the commission?
Sessions questioned the authority of the commission chairman during emergencies.
