I would appreciate it, if I have misspoken in any way, I'll try to correct that.
I believe that we are involved in a crisis in this country. We have been through one. I think January 6 was a very difficult time and a crisis.
I believe we can be able to do the grant program at certainly no more expense than currently exists, and maybe better, with our deep experience in grant making in the Department of Justice.
I think we ought to clarify it one way or the other so the public is out there not breaking Federal law.
