I am very encouraged by the overturning of the Chevron deference that the Supreme Court did last week, because it restores the responsibility for lawmaking and the accountability for law-making to Congress, where it belongs.

I think it is an unfortunate part of FEMA's history. I can understand why there is a built-in political bias for FEMA employees in Washington because only about 6.5 percent of the vote for President in the Washington, DC. went to Trump.
