I really do not believe in gun violence. I think my colleague, Mr. Higgins from Louisiana, addressed that very intelligently and forthrightly that there is no such thing as gun violence, it is only human violence.
Palmer argues that gun violence is a misnomer, attributing it to human actions instead.
