And although a significant effort has been made in recent years to secure additional Federal attention and resources to address drug trafficking through the U.S. territories in the Caribbean, in our opinion, much remains to be done to help stem the flow of drugs and related crime.

I think we could help on the implementation side, obviously, with legislation but also with oversight.
I would like to know, if you would report to the Committee in writing, what you have done to correct this.
Some of them are pretty good about implementing, but some of them are absolutely terrible about it.
