President Obama has created a constitutional crisis by taking action that in his own words ``changes the law.'' That power is not vested in the President. It is vested in Congress, along with the power of the purse, as has been mentioned, to take action when the executive branch overreaches. This isn't about immigration policy. It is about defending and upholding the Constitution. In that regard, this amendment defunds the President's actions, and I am proud to support it.
