I hope we can continue to find bipartisan ways to increase transparency of the Federal Government. I strongly urge my colleagues to support this commonsense legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time.

the fact that you have not had a successful audit in 34 years and the fact that you have not implemented much of what the GAO has recommended is problematic.
I am very encouraged by the Chevron deference being overturned, because it will restore to Congress our lawmaking authority and remove it from these agencies.
