I think it is an unfortunate part of FEMA's history. I can understand why there is a built-in political bias for FEMA employees in Washington because only about 6.5 percent of the vote for President in the Washington, DC. went to Trump.

Now it is time to lock arms and focus on what matters: keeping the House, keeping the Senate, and finishing the job President Trump started for the American people. There is more work to do…and we are not done.
