Well, Mr. Chairman, I appreciate you holding this hearing and trying to address a very serious issue.
the impact of the blow to the 175-pounder is going to be a good bit more severe than the other way around
we are either going to pay for this in dollars or we will pay for it in blood.
I think we are going to have to reevaluate how we address this, and it needs to be a bipartisan effort.
