I believe that a moratorium would probably not even last a year. I think if right now the governor, the Legislature, whoever said we’re not going to build these things until we get it all together, I think people are going to come to the table, and they’re going to see what we need to do.

If you put a moratorium and there are people who want to do this, you get everybody to the table, you start talking, you try to figure this out, I really think it could be done in less than a year.
Right now, I think we need to amend Alabama law, so they don’t get any tax breaks.
If we can do that as part of a comprehensive gambling bill, we should do that too.
