Volodymyr Zelenskyy: “The speeds are now where they need to be.”

The Russians think America won't notice this signal of theirs.

We are grateful for everything that has been given, but Ukraine must fight for this money at the very least.

In fact, these are the consequences of the failure to implement decisions at the city level on preparations for the heating season, as well as of this Russian operation against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

We are asking for decisions that can guarantee the protection of lives not the day after tomorrow or sometime later, but at the very moment the threat is there.
