Ukraine is not targeting Finland under any circumstances.

We are thankful that we have such strong partners as Canadians.

The main focus will be on supporting Ukraine in protecting our skies and preparing for the winter. We will discuss how to strengthen our resilience, support our people, and ensure that Ukraine has the capabilities it needs to defend itself.

But a response is needed — Moscow must not go into the winter believing that it can get away with missile and drone terror without consequences.
