Canada has been and remains one of our closest partners. We value all the support from Canadians and the decisions that help Ukraine stand strong and protect our people.

This is a very important package of air defence. This is crucial. This is a big deficit in the world. We are thankful for this.

But a response is needed — Moscow must not go into the winter believing that it can get away with missile and drone terror without consequences.

We are thankful that we have such strong partners as Canadians.
