“Our European counterparts now know the minimum number of Patriot missiles needed for the winter package, to be honest. All the leaders have this package. Will the Europeans support us? Yes. I do not yet know in what quantities. I know some things about some countries. Does Europe have enough PAC-2 and PAC-3 missiles for Ukraine to get through the winter? Yes, based on the figures I announced and the quantities we would like to receive for the winter.”
