They are slightly on Russia’s side. And by ‘slightly,’ I mean not direct weapons supplies, but a greater openness to them, a greater willingness to help them rather than us – and for a country as large as China, ‘slightly’ means a lot.

Putin does not want peace talks at the moment, in any form.
