They are slightly on Russia’s side. And by ‘slightly,’ I mean not direct weapons supplies, but a greater openness to them, a greater willingness to help them rather than us – and for a country as large as China, ‘slightly’ means a lot.

Our European counterparts now know the minimum number of Patriot missiles needed for the winter package, to be honest. All the leaders have this package. Will the Europeans support us? Yes. I do not yet know in what quantities. I know some…
