Volodymyr Zelenskyy: “We are justly responding to every Russian strike on our cities and communities.”

But a response is needed — Moscow must not go into the winter believing that it can get away with missile and drone terror without consequences.

Thirty per cent of these drones will go to Ukraine immediately to battle. Immediately to our people, our soldiers, to save our children, our families.

We are thankful for all the billions, all (the) packages — what Canada did from the very beginning of this absolutely tough period, during all this war.

Canada has been and remains one of our closest partners. We value all the support from Canadians and the decisions that help Ukraine stand strong and protect our people.
