It does feel like a betrayal on the side of the rest of Ukrainians. Can I remind everyone that in 1994, Ukraine gave up our nuclear weapons arsenal in exchange for assurances of security of Ukraine? So the United States, the United Kingdom, the rest of the world did say that we shall be protecting Ukraine in case someone is attacking you in case you are in danger.
