We’ve got to make sure AI enhances work: that we help people through the jobs transition, and we’re not like the Tories, who just leave people to cope on their own.

My focus is on what is right for British parents and British families.

Jobs will be created. Jobs will change. And some jobs will go. That is what happens with the introduction of every general purpose technology.

Bottom line is. Talent is everywhere, opportunity is not. I have always believed the only way we succeed as individuals and as families and as a country is if we can draw on the talent of everybody.
