If they are using planning policy to stop reserved energy policy, that is a problem, and we need to look at how we fix those problems, rather than just shrug our shoulders and say, 'Oh well, it's devolved. We can't do anything. This computer says no.' I don't think it's good enough. We should find a way.

What is important for people to understand, is that where the Scottish Government is doing things that are bad for the people of Scotland, we will intervene, something which I did do when I was in government using the Section 35 powers.
What I trust is that the people who we have as councillors are good people who can make a judgement call on what kind of people they are working with.
