We've got the total Not Spots project, which is £150 million pounds going to be spent in areas where there is no coverage, so in terms of communities, are communities going to be connected? Well, the cavalry is coming, but communities have to accept the masts, they have to accept the infrastructure for that to be able to happen.

This is a huge project by government to make sure that the entirety of the country is digitally enabled and digitally connected.
Any decision about the use of the Parliament Acts would only arise in specific procedural circumstances and would ultimately be a matter for the government and for parliament as a whole.
We fully acknowledge concerns, and that's why we've got these big projects in place to try and resolve them.
The government have been very cognisant of the fact that communities who haven't wanted the infrastructure are therefore not part of the project.
