I am going to just guess, having lived a long time in a State that borders Alabama, that it is higher than that in Alabama. If I understood the Senator from Alabama correctly, here is the attorney general of Alabama, who may also agree with Judge Moore about the Ten Commandments, but he is endorsing the judicial proceedings against Judge Moore; is that what I heard the Senator say?
