I told the Nato Secretary-General last week that promise will be met and a credible plan will be produced to ensure that it is.

Operations like this require skill, professionalism and courage. I pay tribute to our armed forces personnel and all those involved.

Reform did well when people could only judge their promises. Unfortunately for them, their actions will now be judged too.
