I find it incredible that the Scottish Government has not joined the dots. Where there's health deprivation, there's economic deprivation, and there's access to credit deprivation.

Scotland has ambition without infrastructure, which amounts to good intentions, but nothing more than an aspiration.
They didn't choose. They didn't go to you know Paris every weekend with a partner, or you know go to the U.S. World Cup. They were just getting along, and something terrible happened to them.
