The EHRC practice fails everyone and effectively pushes trans people out of public life, it subjects all women to gender policing based on stereotypes, and it does not provide clarity to organisations that want to be trans-inclusive.

This is a profound rollback of rights.

There is little evidence that this bill will do what it claims, that it will fix the most serious issues in our asylum system.

We have a responsibility to our trans constituents to resist this code.
