The scrutiny period for the EHRC's draft Code of Practice ends this week. This Code will enforce trans people's segregation, out them to others, and put them at increased risk of harassment, abuse and violence.

By beating Reform by over 20%, he has shown that our party can not only defeat the far right but also leave them in the dust.

It ushers in an era of enforced segregation for trans people, the policing of which will be outsourced to service providers.

There is little evidence that this bill will do what it claims, that it will fix the most serious issues in our asylum system.
