They’ve had their chance. Time and time and time again, they have had a chance to put this right. The question isn’t if we’re going to act, it’s how.

I think lots of people think they see this stuff coming towards them. And it should be much easier for people to say ‘let’s have a reset’ – so I am looking at that again.

I think about parents who are crying out for help. They want to do the right thing, they want to make sure their children are safe, but it’s really difficult to keep on top of all of these apps.

We want young people to enjoy the benefits of technology while having the tools to make the online world a place where they can thrive.
